My darling Julie, It is now 3 long years living without you and the memory of our wonderful time together is not diminished, but feels stronger each day that goes by. You are in my thoughts as always, and especially today which has also been chosen for the King’s coronation. The last few months have been difficult, and since losing your Mum we have been forced to put right a terrible injustice which has made us stronger than ever. All the grandchildren are growing up so fast, and Lily and Ava are both going to gymnastics and Archer is doing dancing lessons. Heath is now at school and doing really well with his reading. Ivy has started going to nursery at St John’s and is such a character. Erin Julie is at Ducklings where the staff have nicknamed her Tinkerbell. I have been looking after her one day a week until Karen finishes work like you used to do. Laura will also going back to work part-time when Ned starts at nursery soon, and he has just moved into his new bedroom which I helped to decorate. James is busy with their new loft conversion which is nearly complete. We are all going away for a family holiday in North Yorkshire together later this month, and sharing a large house with a swimming pool which they are very excited about. We are always reminding them of you, even the little ones you never knew, but are part of you. I have decided to return to work again having completed the job on King Street last year, and have been asked to look after a contract for the repair of the hotel next door which will keep me busy and get me out of the house. I wish you were with me enjoying our retirement, and really miss our holidays abroad with lazy days by the pool and meals out together. All my love Stephen ❤️
