Julie, I want to make this donation on your behalf to help others who may be in your situation. I don’t know why you didn’t go to your doctors, but I only found out after you died that you had fainted on a few occasions and had frequent migraines. Stephen took you to the doctors where they found out you had Type 2 diabetes and did a test which led you to think you had dementia. We don’t understand why your doctor didn’t contact you for a routine check up after 30 years or ring to see if you had left them. You encouraged your family to go see the doctor when needed, and went with them when they had hospital appointments and would always help. With love your Mum x
